Hezlett PS

Hezlett Primary School participated with great enthusiasm in Walk to School Week 2009.

We had three walking bus lines each day and our grand finale was a 'Walk Our World' walking bus on Friday. Each child in school designed and created a flag to illustrate the theme of the week and displays relating to the theme topic were enjoyed by all.

On Friday we had over 200 people walking to school. Children carried their flags and combined with their high visibility vests, were quite a spectacle for passing motorists.

This was followed by a special whole school assembly to mark the theme, and Mr Campbell (Principal) delivered an important message to everyone.
