Straid Primary School

Our walk to Ballylagan Organic Farm and back was held on Mon 19th May to mark Walk to School Week. The Road Safety officer provided vests for the children and a local policeman accompanied the children on motorbike. Antrim Hills Spring Water also kindly provided the participants with spring water at the end of the venture! The children staff and parent helpers thoroughly enjoyed the walk and took the opportunity to teach the children about road safety in a practical and meaningful way.
